University degree in a related field such as industrial engineering, public health, or occupational safety and health.
Extensive knowledge of national and international regulations and standards related to occupational safety, health and fire protection.
Experience in developing and implementing occupational safety and health policies and procedures.
Ability to assess risks and develop strategies to prevent accidents and fires.
Effective leadership skills and the ability to direct and motivate a team.
