- Vocational certifications in sustainability (e.g., Nebosh, LEED, ISO 14001), health and safety (e.g., OSHA certifications), or ergonomics, or similar in-house training qualifications
- Understanding of environmental regulations, industry standards, and best practices
- Ability to build strong and collaborative working with cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders at all levels and successfully conveying concepts to diverse audiences.
- Capability in data analysis, identification of and prioritisation of all challenges, and managing the same to agreed timescales
- Protection of employee well-being and a commitment to making a positive impact on the workforce.
