- The development and delivery of the long term functional capability plans to provision the skills, processes, and tools required to support and enable delivery of the current and the future BAESSA business IBP requirements.
- The development and adaptation of the engineering skills competency framework and associated assets ensuring alignment with the needs of the business.
- Establishing an engineering skill discipline professional leadership network across the organisation to ‘bring to life’ the capability skill disciplines within the business.
