The Head of Sales will play a vital role in supporting the Head of Operations on the design and implementation of the organization's strategy and business/ sales plan, to increase market share. This role also will implement route-to-market plans to help elevate the brand and develop referral networks.
Aside from being actively involved in the business strategy, the Head of Sales will also be involved with driving the sales team to increase revenue and portfolio of B2B sales, developing strategic partners and a network of correspondent banks and agents.
