We are seeking a Head of Sales to join an international university in RAK. Who will be responsible for the efficient management and continuous improvement of the University s undergraduate/graduate/postgraduates admissions process with a particular focus on achieving a positive applicant experience. Also development of strategy for all aspects of undergraduate student admissions working with faculty and departmental staff to ensure quality and develop fair and consistent policies and processes.


The Head of Sales oversees all aspects of admissions students recruitment marketing digital marketing and will direct the admissions process from inquiry through enrolment. The Head of Sales will lead a collaborative effort to develop and implement both short term and longterm recruitment strategies to ensure The University of Stirling meets enrolment objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage admissions /marketing staff including providing clear communication regarding
  • responsibilities practices feedback and ensure proper entries into CRM for both National & International team.
  • Hands on experience in CRM and should be able to handle National & International team.
  • Represent UOS and serve as the face of the University to the school and with prospective families while communicating the mission.
  • Engage and inform prospective parents and students about UOS and the benefits of a UOS education on an individual small and large group basis.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with area educational constituencies including area schools preschools consultants admissions directors and organizations and create networking opportunities.
  • Lead and develop a communications plan with prospective schools/families to move them from inquiry to enrolment.
  • Oversee and participate in the development of admissions materials events and marketing practices.
  • Knowledge of Digital Campaign & should be able to execute digital campaign.
  • Coordinate systematic and efficient handling of applications and communications with parents of student applicants so that the process supports and honors the student and their family.
  • Manage parent and student expectations and deliver admissions decisions in a manner that is honest caring and diplomatic.

  • Marketing degree or equivalent relevant experience (810 Years) in UAE in Education sector.
  • Experience and demonstrable success in a marketing manager level role (preferably in a complex organization).
  • Experience in using CRM and high level of computer skills.
  • Experience of creating departmental marketing strategies and operational plans to support specific business objectives and targets.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing programme that achieves results.
  • Strong understanding of marketing concepts strategy and best practice.
  • Communicate effectively and at all levels be it at board level with colleagues or vendors etc.
  • Be able to source and manage vendors(stakeholders) develop and maintain good working relationships to deliver requirements in accordance with budgetary thresholds to achieve value for money.
