Head of Safety Department

Education and training:

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, occupational health and safety, or related field.
Professional safety certifications such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or NEBOSH certification may be preferred.
Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in the field of occupational safety and health, including leadership or supervisory experience.
Experience in applying and implementing safety procedures and health regulations in the work environment.
Technical knowledge:

A deep understanding of local and international laws and legislation related to occupational safety and health.
Knowledge of best practices and techniques in the field of occupational safety and health.
Personal skills:

Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate the team to achieve safety goals.
