Solution management
- Define requirements with client, designs, manages, and improves Tamkeen Professional Services throughout their lifecycle.
- Defines SLAs for clients. Reports on progress and performance to top management.
Marketing
- Promotes Tamkeen Professional Services to customers and prospects.
- Works closely with the solution management team and the CCO team to develop marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall goals.
