We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Finance Director on behalf of our client to join their team and lead the finance department. The Finance Director will play a critical role in managing the financial operations of the company providing strategic financial guidance and ensuring sound financial decisionmaking across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the development of annual budgets forecasts and longterm financial plans in alignment with the companys strategic objectives. Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to optimize financial performance and drive business growth.
2. Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports including monthly quarterly and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
3. Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities implementing strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities. Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and promote financial integrity.
4. Capital Management: Manage the companys capital structure including debt and equity financing. Evaluate financing options negotiate terms with lenders and oversee capital raising activities to support business initiatives and expansion plans.
5. Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow projections and manage liquidity to meet operational needs and financial obligations. Optimize cash management processes and investment strategies to maximize returns while minimizing risk.
6. Financial Governance: Ensure compliance with financial policies procedures and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including auditors and regulatory agencies to maintain transparency and accountability in financial matters.
7. Leadership and Team Development: Provide strong leadership to the finance team fostering a culture of excellence collaboration and continuous improvement. Mentor and develop finance staff promoting professional growth and succession planning.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance Accounting or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
2. Proven experience as a Finance Director or similar role in the real estate development industry.
3. Strong background in finance and banking with comprehensive knowledge of financial analysis reporting and controls.
4. Solid understanding of real estate finance principles including project financing capital markets and property valuation.
5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make strategic recommendations.
6. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling budgeting software and ERP systems.
7. Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence decisionmaking at all levels.
8. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is a plus.
