Achieve Test Prep is seeking an eLearning Spanish Instructor to prepare customers for College Spanish Language course and help them stay motivated on their journey to earn their college degrees. The suitable candidate should be able to help customers develop basic speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in Spanish.

Job Responsibilities

• Tech Spanish lesson schedules
  

• Present lessons in a manner that aids understanding and engagement
  

• Motivate customers to succeed
  

• Collaborate with other instructors and team members and participate in meetings
  

• Follow customers journeys and inform the eLearning team of noteworthy observations
  

• Provide one-on-one tutoring for customers
  

• Perform other eLearning-related tasks
  

Requirements & Skills

• A Bachelors degree in Spanish
  

• Three or more years of experience teaching Spanish at College Level
  

• Experience working with Learning Management Systems, and applications such as Zoom, Google doc, and Google slides.
  

• Ability to teach different types of learners in real-time in a manner that helps them understand
  

• Excellent audience engagement skills
  

• Strong Internet connection, a functional computer, and a noise-canceling headset
  

• Efficiency, professionalism, and dependability
  

• Schedule: under 6 hours per week; availability to teach classes on weekdays and weekends, Morning, Afternoon, and Evenings
  

• Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices with a willingness to follow Achieve Test Prep s eLearning policies and procedures
