Position Summary:
Leadership, Management and Culture
• Create an environment of determination and a relentless pursuit of excellence in all aspects of the department.
• Be highly visible throughout the school and phase; walking corridors and leading by example.
• Line manage members of staff in accordance with the department organization chart.
Student Achievement
• Maximize the progress and attainment of students within the department in line with appraisal and whole school targets.
• Seek to achieve excellent student achievement for the department in both internal and external assessments.
