Land Development Project Manger

We are now actively searching for an experienced Land Development Project Manager that can collaborate, think outside the box and has ambitions for growth. We are looking for skilled engineers who can complete and manage projects, operate independently, communicate with clients and regulators and take pride in seeing their work constructed.

Requirements

• Residential/Subdivision design
  

• Commercial/Industrial site design
  

• Recreation
  

• Education (K-12)
  

• Religious Facilities
  

• Current Virginia Storm water Regulations
  

• Minimum of 10 years Land Development engineering experience
  

• PE
  

• Proficiency in Civil3D
  

• HEC-RAS/Inundation Modeling is a plus
