CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR, HEALTHCARE (Permanent)
Our client, a large healthcare company in Buffalo, NY, is looking to hire a Customer Service Supervisor to join their team. This is a great opportunity to continue to join a well-known, growing medical group.

Responsibilities:
  • Report directly to the Manager of Scheduling, Registration & Referral Management
  • Assist with frontline service delivery and serve as the first point of contact for any employee-related concern
  • Act as a mentor and role model for frontline staff, providing team members with tools and training to meet established service goals
  • Facilitate communication between frontline staff, other Contact Center functions, and leadership
  • Manage staff schedules, approve leaves of absence, assist with payroll
  • Create, develop, and maintain relationships to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided
  • Monitor workflow processes between teams to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction
  • Establish appropriate escalation procedures within the team and handle all escalated account issues by staff or management in a timely manner
  • Ensure staff is up to date with and adhere to all compliance policies and procedures applicable to their roles
  • Other duties as assigned
Details:
  • Position is full time, direct hire
  • Position is in-office Monday thru Friday; hours may vary but typically 9:00am-5:00pm EST
  • $60,000-$75,000 annually based on experience
  • 2+ years supervisory experience
  • 2+ years contact center experience
  • Associate s Degree
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Detail oriented and accurate
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize; good time management skills
  • Relocation not available
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available
