Head Of Finance

• Lead and develop the finance teams across multiple geographies, reporting directly to the Group CFO
• Drive short-term and long-term financial planning for the organization, providing strategic recommendations to the CFO and senior management
• Lead and guide the financial operations of the organization to ensure alignment of financial activities with organizational goals
• Maintain good relationship with banks, financial institutions and senior officers in statutory regulatory bodies
• Conduct a thorough risk review and assessment including but not limited to business coverage operations, financial analysis and projections, risk assessment, and industry risks
• Establish and maintain documentation of internal controls, policies, and procedures related to financial reporting and compliance
• Oversee and assist in tax filings and compliance documentation
  

Your Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CMA/CPA)
• At least 10-12 years finance experience, including in a leadership role
• Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience working in a high growth startup environment is advantageous.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
