Hiring "Registered Nurse (RN): Multiple Departments" for a largest medical Center in Texas.
W2 position
Up to $15K SIGN-ON BONUS
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient care and updates in medical records
- Educate patients and families on self-care and discharge planning
- Respond to patient needs and emergencies in a timely manner
- Participate in continuous education and professional development opportunities
- Adhere to state and federal regulations and nursing standards of care
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Bachelors or Associates degree in Nursing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if needed.
