Qualifications
- Have previous experience in a reservations role (preferred but not required)
- You will pride yourself on your excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You will ideally have knowledge of OPERA, or other PMS systems.
- Your enthusiasm to provide our guests with an outstanding service will allow you to stand out from the rest.
- Hold a P2 Provisional driver’s licence (preferred but not required)
- Available to work a 7 day rotating roster including late nights, weekends and public holidays.
Additional Information
experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Fluency in English
additional languages are a plus
