Greet and receive guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately.
Provide information on hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
Resolve guest complaints and problems in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries politely and helpfully.
Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Assist guests with luggage and transportation arrangements.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Stay current on hotel policies and procedures to provide accurate information to guests.
