- Engineering in Electronics / Comm and Computer engineering
- More than 5+ years of experience Contact center technologies like GENESYS
- Supporting organization of 500+ agents.
- Mandatory to work in financial organization or vendor with hands on experience
Technical Skills
- Integration of products
- Calling backend services.
- Strong knowledge on VXML, tomcat and web containers
- Knowledge on Outbound campaigns and its types
- Knowledge on integrating IVR with S3, TTS, STT, LEX
- Knowledge on CRM integration
- Manage installation of application in Data center.
- End to end coordination with vendor and internal stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of infrastructure like VM’s , firewall requirements, network, Data base , service provider
- Patching Security updates on products.
