Guest Relations Officer

Greet and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive initial impression.
Providing information and assistance to guests regarding hotel facilities and services.
Handle guest complaints and resolve problems in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Maintain a professional appearance and behavior at all times, and represent the hotel brand.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
Assist in planning and implementing hotel events and promotions.
Monitor guest satisfaction levels and take proactive measures to enhance guest experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and files.
Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately.

Required profile of candidates
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
Certification in customer service or guest relations is a plus.
Strong communication skills in English and additional languages desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to deal with difficult situations.
