Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and files.
Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately.
Required profile of candidates
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
Certification in customer service or guest relations is a plus.
Strong communication skills in English and additional languages desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to deal with difficult situations.
