Experience:
Previous experience in hospitality and customer service is preferred. Previous experience in reception or guest relations positions would be an added advantage.
Languages:
Fluent proficiency in English. Ability to speak additional languages may be an advantage.
Customer Service:
Excellent skills in dealing with customers and understanding their needs.
Tact and professionalism:
Ability to interact with guests tactfully and politely, and appear professional.
