• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in experience
  
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
  
• Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to assist guests in planning their stay
  
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues
  
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests to encourage return visits and positive reviews
  
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and preferences
  
• Provide language assistance and translation services as needed
  

Requirements

• 21-32 y.o.
  

• Female candidates only
  
• Fluent in English and Russian / French / German languages (spoken and written)
  
• Previous experience in a guest relations or customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
