Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in experience
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to assist guests in planning their stay
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests to encourage return visits and positive reviews
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and preferences
- Provide language assistance and translation services as needed
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Fluent in English and Russian / French / German languages (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in a guest relations or customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
