- Experience in FMCG Sales Background and should lead the segment (Organic Trade) from Head Office
- Knowledge about the Distribution Management/Beat/Outlet Classification.
- Achieving business and driving field force effectively.
- Understanding of customer segmentation and drive value proposition to the target segments.
- Plan & Schedule Train the Trainer programs for Managers (ASM/ RSMS and Store Promoters & Merchandisers).
- Building Capability of Sales Officers/ Area Managers to Lead their team & be the Business Pivot for Us.
- Ensure implementation of promotional plans and suggesting new and innovating promotion plans for the area of work.
- Build a robust distribution network
- Build innovative alternate distribution channels
- Effective management of channel partners and ensuring highest level of service delivery
- Position the Trade segment as preferred for the channel partners and customers
