Position Overview:

The User Growth Director will spearhead efforts to expand AI user base and increase user engagement through targeted acquisition strategies and effective growth channel management. This role demands a visionary leader with deep expertise in scaling user bases in consumercentric environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically drive user acquisition and expansion of the user base through tailored growth initiatives and channel optimization.
  
• Develop and manage comprehensive growth channels both online and offline to maximize reach and impact.
  
• Collaborate closely with the operations team to align growth strategies with operational capabilities and enhancements.
  
• Utilize analytics to gain insights into user behavior and preferences informing decisions that boost acquisition and retention.
  
• Implement and oversee rigorous testing regimes to refine and optimize growth tactics continually.
  
• Lead the development of campaigns that effectively convey AI value proposition driving user engagement and adoption.
  
• Manage and mentor the growth team setting ambitious yet achievable goals to ensure consistent performance improvement.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field. A Master s degree is advantageous.
  
• Minimum of 5 years experience in user growth digital marketing of internet business or a similar role with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing metrics and analytics tools.
  
• Proven success in user acquisition retention and engagement in a tech or AIdriven company.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for technology and AI.
