Group Finance Manager

• Budgeting Leadership: Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting process for our group of companies, ensuring accuracy, alignment with strategic goals, and the efficient allocation of resources.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to provide insights into the financial performance of each entity within the group, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Strategic Financial Management: Develop and implement financial strategies and policies that contribute to the achievement of the organization's long-term financial goals.
• Multi-Entity Financial Management: Manage the financial affairs of multiple entities within the group, ensuring financial compliance, efficient cash flow, and optimal resource utilization.
• Job/Project Costing: Utilize your proficiency in job and project costing to ensure accurate cost allocation and monitor project profitability.
• Bank Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions, ensuring access to necessary funding and resources for the organization's operations and growth.
• Fund Flow Management: Oversee the overall fund flow management, optimizing liquidity and ensuring the financial stability of the organization.
• Monthly Finance KPIs: Develop, monitor, and report on key financial performance indicators, providing insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  
  

Qualifications:

• CMA and CFA certifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in finance, with a strong background in leadership and strategic financial management.
• Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and financial management within a group of multiple entity structures.
• Proficiency in job/project costing.
