You want to actively participate in ensuring a reliable sustainable and efficient day to day Water & Environmental services to the population of Western Cluster in KSA by contributing in the implementation of a challenging asset management enabling project aiming to maintain a comprehensive asset portfolio including both vertical and linear assets at their best operational capabilities while reducing the Operational Costs and optimize future investments SUEZ recruits in all its activities and throughout the world Graduate Experts to strengthen its technical expertise. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Develop update the Asset portfolio data base and complement the initial physical inventory for linear and nonlinear assets.
- Support in performing the Criticality analysis for linear and nonlinear assets.
- Support in developing Asset Condition and Performance assessment.
- Develop & implement Reliability Centered Maintenance / Total Productive Maintenance including Preventive Conditional and Predictive Maintenance programs.
- Update the Inventory Management methodology.
- Participate in developing the functional and operational asset life cycle strategies.
- Support in developing Renewal and Major Overhauls Plan.
- Participate efficiently in annual reporting and asset valuation review.
- Support in defining the new assets Performance Monitoring program.
- Assessment of available data information and technology used in GIS.
- Support in utilizing GIS to support National Water Company Policies.
- Provide feedback to Identify the Key resources in the Cluster Team
- Accountable for the application of the Health &Safety rules and procedures
