- Government Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and government authorities, ensuring compliance with visa and labor regulations.
- Visa and Labor Processing: Facilitate and manage the end-to-end process of visa and labor applications for employees, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
- Legal Compliance: Stay abreast of changes in visa and labor laws in Dubai, ensuring the company's policies and practices align with legal requirements.
- Public Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with government agencies, ensuring smooth communication channels and efficient resolution of issues.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of all visa and labor-related documents, ensuring quick retrieval and compliance with audit requirements.
- File Organization: Implement effective file organization systems to manage and track documents related to visa and labor processes.
- Driving License: Utilize a valid driving license to facilitate any travel or document submission requirements.
- Communication Skills:Effectively communicate with employees, government officials, and other stakeholders in both English and Arabic.
