Job Description
Education and Qualifications: This position may require a college degree in a related field, such as economics or business administration, or equivalent experience in government collection.
Understanding Laws and Regulations: Deep knowledge and understanding of government laws and regulations related to collections and indebtedness.
Personal skills: patience and tact in dealing with the public, and the ability to communicate effectively with different groups and cultures.
Ability to work under pressure: This position may be required under constant pressure to achieve collection and settlement goals in an effective and timely manner.
