Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of ~10 remote workers distributed around the world. Create and own quarterly team and individual KPIs and OKRs
Oversee and improve the content strategy for all global social media channels, including Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, and the growth strategy for global Telegram and Discord community channels
Manage agency and partner relationships. Propose and execute plans to onboard additional partners and creators to level up Binance s social presence
