Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Identifying people with the right skills, right experience and right cultural fit for the Mace organisation.
- Screening and shortlisting resumes based on specific criteria, skills, platform, qualification and relevant experience.
- Presenting candidates, sourcing information, and additional data to recruiters and hiring managers.
- Scheduling candidate interviews working with hiring managers and their administrative assistants.
- Maintaining constant communication with hiring managers for completing recruitment process and procedures.
- Generating referrals from existing employees, raising the profile of the employee referral scheme that rewards staff for helping Mace to identify the very best people they have worked with in the past.
