Qualifications

What you will need:

• 5 years of hands-on Global immigration experience specific to AP, as well as a solid understanding of the overall Mobility space.
• Understanding of immigration regulations across multiple markets.
• Provide timely advice and support to facilitate compliance with AP immigration requirements.
• Set the right expectations and timelines regarding AP work permit applications (including Permanent Residency options) and authorization to travel/work within the AP region.
• Ability to work at both operational and strategic levels.
• Proven track record in measuring and improving employee and senior stakeholder experiences.
• Experience in leading Mobility transformation and process improvement projects.
• Ability to translate complex situations into easy solutions for clear stakeholder understanding.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.
