Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Strong expertise and knowledge in relation to Workplace Strategy, Construction Management, Real Estate operations Facilities Management, colleague experience and transformation
• Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to succeed within a matrix management structure and build and maintain regional team relationships.
• Excellent stakeholder management, relationship management, collaboration and influencing skills.
• Significant analytical and project management skills and a capacity to present analytical information in understandable reports and business plans is essential.
• Ability to engage with team, colleagues and business partners collaboratively to deliver at pace.
• Proven experience in financial budgeting, strategic planning, communication, and people management processes. Experience of managing significant capital budgets
  

The base location for this role 8 Canada Square, London, E14 5HQ. This role will have flexible working arrangements, UK hybrid - London (Third party office or HSBC London office).
