Responsibilities:

• To formulate, deploy and drive PEX function in Aramex, to enable transformation of the organization through the following bespoke strategies:
• Strategic Initiatives: Transformation/Re-engineering projects for global teams
• Aramex Lean Program: Network wide capability development program towards operational efficiency
• Aramex Consultancy Services: External Consultancy for Aramex clients to enable revenue for KAM's
• Lean Maturity Model: Lean & Continuous Improvement to deliver value for station managers
• ISO & QA: Governance and deployment of ISO Audits & Quality Audits for all Aramex globally
• Strategic and practical approach to create value for the organization in terms of operational efficiency, cost optimization and revenue enablement (cost generation)
• Strong experience in program management, strategy deployment and capability building
