German Recruitment Specialist

Role Description:-

This is a full-time on-site role for a German Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt.

-The primary job responsibilities include finding and recruiting top talent from the German-speaking regions,

-Coordinating interviews, and working with hiring managers to ensure a successful recruitment process.

-The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also support various HR initiatives, including onboarding, compliance, and training.

Qualifications:-

-Fluency in German.

-Graduate

-Proven track record of success in recruiting in the German-speaking regions

-Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environments.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial for the role include experience in HR analytics, knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, and experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
