Job Description

- Establish and manage the shipbuilding & OSV engineering department functions
- Develop and structure the engineering capabilities in line with the strategic development plan, recognizing that engineering services are required in multiple locations for different types of projects
- Assist the VP Engineering Design in development and implementation of process and procedures and ERP/CAD/CAM system implementation in engineering
- Ensure that all engineering resources are effectively and efficiently employed and ensure that the duplication of resources across facilities is avoided
- Select and manage appropriate engineering software for the department and ensure its effective and efficient utilization
