Job Description
Education and training:
High degree in electrical engineering or related field.
Having a master's degree or training certificates in energy management can be of benefit.
Experience:
Extensive experience in the field of power generation, especially in managing power plants.
Experience in planning, operation and maintenance.
Leadership and management:
Strong management and leadership skills.
Ability to motivate and supervise multiple teams and achieve production goals.
Analysis and decision making:
Strong analytical skills to evaluate plant performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
Ability to make strategic decisions to improve operations.
