Job Description
Education and experience:
Preferably have a university degree in hotel management or a related field. Higher degrees can be an added advantage.
Must have extensive experience managing luxury resorts or 5-star hotels. This experience usually ranges from at least 7-10 years.
Driving skills:
You must have excellent leadership skills, and be able to manage and direct a large team of employees effectively.
communication skills:
Must have excellent communication skills to interact with customers, guests, and employees. These skills include English, Arabic, and perhaps other languages if the resort receives international guests.
Vision and creativity:
Must be able to develop and implement new strategies to improve guest experience and increase revenue.
