- Develop operational and project plans for the year in collaboration with respective stakeholders such as finance, commercial and asset management, etc. in order to fulfil all requirements of the business related to property management.
- Responsible for Identifying, adhering, and where applicable, enforcing landlord and tenants’ obligations as covenanted in areas such as insuring, maintaining, repairing and provision of utilities.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the asset to align to the business plan, service expectations, business needs, regulatory requirements, and to meet targets and performance measures.
