General Manager Arabic Speaking

The General Manager holds the responsibility for overseeing the operations strategy and expansion of the business focused on families. This role involves creating and executing strategic plans leading a team and ensuring the delivery of highquality content and services on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for the Online Portal that aligns with the organizations goals and mission.

Supervise a diverse team consisting of content creators community managers technical staff and marketing professionals.

Monitor the creation selection and publication of relevant content covering various topics related to motherhood parenting health and family wellbeing.

Establish plans to enhance user engagement through activities like community building events forums and interactive features.

Identify strategies to generate revenue through advertising partnerships subscriptions and ecommerce while prioritizing a positive user experience.

Develop marketing strategies to increase platform awareness attract new users and boost brand visibility.

Establish and manage budgets to efficiently allocate resources and ensure financial sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Media Management or related field; a Masters degree is beneficial.
• Minimum of 1012 years of progressive experience in digital content management online community management or similar roles.
• Indepth knowledge of the parenting sector particularly in online platforms and communities.
• Proven ability to lead teams effectively with strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English for effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in budgeting financial planning and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in content management systems analytics tools and social media platforms.
