Requirements
4+ years of litigation experience. Qualifications include membership in good standing in the Florida Bar, proficient and self-sufficient in pre-trial practice in both state and federal courts, first or second chaired at least two jury trials, personally handled medical and other expert depositions, discovery, mediation, hearings, and dispositive motions. Excellent legal research and writing skills a must, and experience specific to state or local governments a plus.
