I am working with a government entity who are looking for a General Counsel to lead an established legal team. This is quite an interesting multi-faceted role where you will be advising the Board of Directors, advising on compliance & governance matters in addition to the day to day legal matters of the business.
- You must be a UAE National Lawyer
- You must have 15+ years of experience
- You must have an in depth understanding of the UAE legislation
- You must have experience advising on legal, compliance and governance matters
- You must have a good understanding of the Securities & Commodities Authority
