General Assistant

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Aid and assist in all areas of production, providing invaluable support to the workshop team
• Safely lift and shift materials around the site, ensuring efficient workflow
• Collaborate with production colleagues, working seamlessly as part of a dedicated team
• Maintain the workshop's cleanliness and tidiness to uphold a safe and organized working environment
• Wrap, pack, and palletize finished items, preparing them for collection or delivery
• Assist with general labour duties, contributing to various tasks
  

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible approach and a strong team player mentality
• Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team, supporting colleagues in diverse tasks
• Understanding of the importance of maintaining a safe working environment
• Capability to work additional hours as needed, demonstrating commitment to the Company's goals
