FX Sales Trainee, Conversion – German

An international FX/CFD broker in Dubai is looking for German-speaking sales talent to convert leads into trading clients. You will join a structured sales training and onboarding programme work with a high-commission structure and relocate to Dubai with the company's support. • Convert German-speaking leads into new trading clients
• Guide prospects through account opening and their first steps in trading
• Educate clients on how the trading platform and products work
• Meet daily and monthly conversion targets
• Take part in the company's sales training and onboarding programme

• Native German (C2) and good working English
• Sales experience FX or financial-services sales is a must
• Experience in an FX/CFD environment
• Strong communication and closing skills
• A target-driven ambitious mindset and comfort in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai

• Base salary: USD 5500 net per month plus generous uncapped monthly commission
• Flight tickets paid by the company for candidates residing in Europe
• Two weeks of accommodation on arrival
• Housing and transport support as part of the relocation package
• Comprehensive sales training and onboarding programme

• Location: Dubai UAE on-site
• Contract: Full-time
