FX Sales Conversion Agent – Mandarin

An international FX/CFD brokerage in Dubai is hiring Mandarin-speaking sales professionals to turn new leads into active funded trading clients. If you have brokerage sales experience you like a target-driven environment and you want to relocate to Dubai with flights a work visa and initial accommodation arranged this is a strong next step.

• Contact and convert new Mandarin-speaking leads into funded actively trading clients
• Guide prospects through account opening verification and their first deposit
• Handle questions and objections with confidence and build long-term trust
• Follow up consistently to reach conversion and revenue targets
• Work closely with the marketing compliance and retention teams

• Native or fluent Mandarin and good working English
• Forex and CFD industry experience
• Conversion or retention sales experience in a brokerage environment
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills
• A target-driven ambitious mindset
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai

• Base salary: USD net per month plus generous commission
• Work visa sponsored by the company
• Flight ticket to Dubai
• One month of accommodation on arrival
• Full-time on-site role in an international FX environment

• Location: Dubai UAE on-site
• Contract: Full-time
• Start: As soon as possible 5 openings
