FX Sales Conversion Agent

Position: FX Sales Conversion Agent (Mandarin)
Location: UAE Dubai -on-site
Employment type: Full-time

Salary: 2000-2500 Euros generous commission

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Promote the companys Forex and CFD products and services to prospective clients
Convert high-quality leads into active trading clients through consultative sales techniques
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Maximise client conversion and identify opportunities for future sales
Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the client journey
Stay up to date with financial markets trading products and industry developments
Meet individual sales targets and KPIs while maintaining compliance with company standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

Native or fluent Mandarin both written and spoken
Previous experience in the Forex & CFD industry is mandatory
Previous experience in a Conversion or Retention sales role within Forex/CFD
Strong sales negotiation and objection-handling skills
Computer literate with good knowledge of standard office applications
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
Strong numerical analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Experience working with CRM systems and trading platforms
Knowledge of global financial markets and online trading products
