TPF Recruitment is working with a highly successful firm of international tax advisors and accountants in the Sevenoaks area who are looking for a Semi senior or Senior Accountant to join their team. The position can be built around the individual but the primary responsibilities will be to prepare accounts, management accounts and bookkeeping. There is also an opportunity to do some tax work too, subject to your experience and interests.
Our client is a bespoke advisory accountancy practice who have a fantastic client base of national and international businesses, with assets ranging from 0.5m through to 500m+. They have a great culture, excellent growth plans and offer flexible/ hybrid working.
You will work in a small but very successful team of an accountancy and tax advisory boutique who will offer you great support and excellent progression prospects as you develop in your career.
- Assist with the production & review of company accounts
- General bookkeeping, VAT returns and prepare management accounts
- There is scope to also assist with personal and corporate tax returns, trust accounts and tax returns, payroll matters, etc. subject to your interests.
This is a really great opportunity to be part of a very interesting practice, with a fantastic client base of wealthy high net worth, and ultra high net worth clients.
Requirements
- Preferably AAT qualified and/or studying towards ACCA or ACA
- Preferably at least three years accounting experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel & Word
- Previous experience with Sage50, Sage Accounts Production Advanced (SAPA) and Digita Corporation Tax would be desirable but not essential
- Based within a commutable distance of Sevenoaks, although some remote working is also available.
