Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Painter to join our team. As an experienced painter, you should be able to apply paint to the interior and exterior of a building or structure to make it look more vibrant and attractive while doing your work with integrity. You should have complete knowledge of brushes and tools used in the painting process. You should be able to read, understand and follow a work order. Attention to detail and your ability to provide the best results under all circumstances are the key requirements for this position. You will be responsible for prepping and painting interior and exterior surfaces without direct supervision for a clientele expecting excellence with a smile!
Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED certification
• Knowledge of handling tools and equipment efficiently
• Good Customer Service Skills
• Amazing interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to problem solve

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the availability of all the equipment and helpers required for the task
• Prepare the painting surface suitable for painting
• Use only the required amount of paint allotted for the project
• Handle the work in a professional manner
• Must understand project flow and seek clarity where necessary
• Must understand project budget and hit daily production targets while maintaining quality and company/industry standards
• Must be able to communicate effectively with Crew Leader, Painters, Managers, Office Staff, Foreman/Owner, other trades, and homeowner
• Coordinate with the customer or contractor to ensure that the job site and scope of work are understood and delivered
• Coordinate with office staff to ensure the work order and procedures are followed while updating staff and management on the project
• Clean the mess and supplies once the project is completed
• Always work in an efficient and timely manner
• Must demonstrate consistent safe work habits and practices
