Front Office Executive

The successful candidate for this position will be a 1099 contractor with Music Ministry International and be responsible for the following:

The Department of Ministry and Pastoral Care (DMPC), Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC), Tacoma, Washington has a requirement for the non-personal services of a keyboard musician to accompany congregational singing and soloists, to perform preludes and postludes, and Keyboard musician services shall be provided on an organ, acoustic piano, or electric Contractor shall coordinate with the officiating chaplain to integrate music in the worship service and the specific instrument (organ or piano) used in a service is at the discretion of the officiating Required services exclude

QUALIFICATIONREQUIREMENTS:

SCHEDULED DAYS/HOURS OF PERFORMANCE, SPECIFIC

REQUIREMENTS/TASKS:

Contractor shall satisfy the work requirements for the Holy Day Masses and for the following regularly scheduled Roman Catholic Masses and Protestant worship services Saturday Roman Catholic Mass is 4:30 to 5:30 Sunday Roman Catholic Mass is 9:00 to 10:00 Sunday Protestant worship is 10:30 to 11:30 Weekday Roman Catholic Mass is on Tuesdays to Fridays at 11:45 to 12:30 (NOTE: Not all weekday Masses may require musical support).
