education:

The Front Office Coordinator is preferred to have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:

Previous experience as an office coordinator or in reception positions is usually at least 2-3 years.
Organization skills:

Ability to organize daily front office activities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
communication skills:

Excellent communication skills and tact to interact with visitors and customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
Tact and appearance:

Courtesy and professional appearance to deal with visitors and guests with politeness and respect.
Software knowledge:

Knowledge of computer programs and hotel management systems related to reception.
