  • Conduct research on various topics using a variety of sources, such as surveys, databases, and academic journals
  • Analyze data using statistical methods to identify patterns and trends
  • Present research findings to stakeholders, including management and clients, in a clear and concise manner
  • Write reports and other documents to communicate research findings and recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, marketers, and data scientists, to support decision-making
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in research methods
  • Develop and maintain research databases and libraries
  • Support the development and implementation of research projects
  • Provide training and support to junior research analysts

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field, such as statistics, economics, or market research
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using statistical software, such as R or SPSS
  • Experience conducting primary and secondary research, including designing and analyzing surveys and experiments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting research findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting
  • Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools, such as Tableau or PowerBI
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
