Founders Associate (Working Student)

LAHZA AI is an 11 to 50 person software development company building advanced visual intelligence solutions. As a Founders Associate working student you will support strategic operations and business initiatives directly alongside the leadership team in a fully remote setup across the Middle East.

You will drive key operational projects coordinate cross-functional tasks and help streamline internal processes to support the companys growth.

• Manage day-to-day business operations and ad-hoc strategic projects

• Prepare reports presentations and documentation for leadership review

• Coordinate communication between different internal teams and stakeholders

This role requires a student background in business operations or a related field combined with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach.

• Currently enrolled as a student with availability for 20h/week

• Clear communication skills in English

• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote environment

During your first months you will take on core operational workflows learn the internal processes of an AI software company and ship key administrative and business projects. If you match most of these requirements and are eager to learn we encourage you to apply.
